Marusan – Universal Rocket.

This rare and scarce rocket was made in the early sixties by Marusan in Japan. Tinmade rocket that was supposed to hang on the ceiling, wind it up and it flew around with the 2 fins that spin at the back. The rocket was part of a very nice collection of robots and space toys I found recently overhere in Holland.

The condition of the rocket and box are near mint to mint. The rocket looks never been played with at all and this has a reason… the mechanism slips so the prop does not turn well.  Lucky for us because this flaw kept this toy in wonderful and unplayed with condition.  The rocket is near mint with a mint box. Complete with original windup key and cord to hang it on the ceiling….. No upgrade ever needed on this rocket.

Very rare and scarce rocket in any condition.
