Horikawa – Engine Robot

I found this robot overhere in Holland where it was part of a big collection, stored away on an attic. i believe it was Den Haag ( The Hague ) but not even sure about that anymore… i DO remember the dusty attic where all the toys were stored and where i had to make my path by replacing box by box….

This Engine Robot had been in its box for over 40 years, maybe even more.
Made in Japan by SH Horikawa. Made out of tin and battery operated. In action the robot walks forward with gears, lighted eyes, walking action and moving arms.  The condition is excellent to near mint. works fine and strong, no flaws to mention on this one. really an above average example of this hard to find robot. comes with original box in excellent condition as well.
