Jefe – Robotino

This robot was made, not in Japan but in Spain this time in the late sixties / early seventies. made in 2 variations, robotino and the female version, robotina.
both are extremely hard to find as these were very big and fragile toys.. in fact its even a miracle even one survived complete 🙂

This example has been in my collection for over 15 years and its time to find a new home for it. I also made a 3D printed version of this robot some years ago.. a small one that fitted on my shelves 🙂 sure you will find it here on my website.

This one however is the real thing.. complete and all original but currenly not working anymore. its was stored away for a long time. I dont want to mess with this robot so i left it in this condition.

Robotino is one of the few robots made in Spain.. extremely rare and scarce robot that i never saw in the market in the past 8 years !!
