Linemar Toys – Two-Stage Earth Satellite

This attractive toy was made for Linemar Toys in the early sixties in Japan. Made out of tin with a crank mechanism to drive the rocket forward. In action you have to attach the 2 parts of the rocket together and then place the rocket in its launching station.
Turn on the handle at the back and push the button, the rocket will be launched and separate.

The condition is excellent and the toy works like a charm. Has some problems from time to time to attach the 2 stages but further all works fine.

Only minor play wear, all original and complete toy with original box toplid. The bottom is not original for this toy and the box is just too small to fit the complete toy in it.

Overal a fantastic hard to find space toy from the golden age..
