China – Flying Boat MF-742

This high end tin toy from china proves again that they were indeed able to make quality tin toys in China 🙂 the later toys were not the best ones but the first spacetoys from china like this flying boat can compete easily with the Japanese toys.  Made out of lithographed tin with friction engine with the characteristic clack clack sound.  Made in the late sixties.. no plastic parts here other than the clear windshield and the astronauts head.

Found this one a fleamarket in Belgium some years ago near the french border.
the condition is near mint.. no flaws to mention. works fine and strong and comes with its original box + insert.

MF-742 is ready to depart..Hard to find in this condition !
