Yonezawa – Moon Patrol Vehicle X-5 Darkblue Version

Made in Japan in the early sixties by Yonezawa. This Moon Patrol was made in 3 different color variations: Dark blue, Light blue and white.

All three colors are scarce and hard to find but white is the most difficult one to find.
This example was part of a big collection I found in the Netherlands in 2015. It was missing the antenna but… i had a spare one in my parts bin so I was able to complete this one.

This tin made Moon Patrol hoovers around with mystery bump and go action, rotating antenna, swiveling gun and lighted action. all with space sound of course 🙂 Battery operated.

The condition is excellent to near mint. Complete and all original. The Moon Patrol works fine and strong. Only the light in the gun is not always lighting up. I dont want to open up this toy completely only to replace the bulb.  That is something to decide for the new owner.

Hard to find space toy in this condition.
