When the 50`s, the golden age was over there was a moment where aliens came to earth and discovered the huge amount of water on our planet. Guessing many of the aliens dissapeared in our oceans and so our astronauts were equipped with flying saucers that were not only able to travel in space but also into water.
Build in Japan by Gakken somewhere in the late 1960`s (must be 1969) is this red flying water saucer. Its a bizar mix of lithographed tin, plastic and a water jetstream. The special propellor on the dome must be handy not only in space but also in the water. This saucer comes in its original box with inserts and the original decals that are still untouched.
This battery opereated Spacetoy is new and never used. Comes from an old Japanese Toyshop and was stocked for over 35 years.Very special that you wont see much in the collector enviroment. Scarce and very hard to find.
